We want to make sure you have a worry-free experience with us, so here are a few answers to some of the questions you may have:
 
Q. What’s the turn around time?
A. Most jobs are 24-48 hrs. For bigger jobs please allow at least 48hrs.
 
Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A.  We accept any major credit card, debit card, cash, personal checks, money gram, western union, and PayPal.
 
Q. How do I place an order?
A. We are open from 10am-6:30pm Monday –Friday and open every other Saturday 9am-1:30pm. Feel free to drop by and place an order or simply send a detailed email to upscalegp@gmail.com and one of our representatives will give you a call back with confirmation.
 
Q. What if I need to make changes once order is submitted?
A. Changes must be made before you give final approval for order to be printed. To submit changes please email us at upscalegp@gmail.com or text or call 407-692-5595. Office hours are open from 10am-6:30pm.
 
Q. Is there a Deposit required when I place an order?
A. Yes. We require that you place a 50% deposit on any orders over $100.00 at the time of order. Any order placed under $100.00 is subject to be paid in full at that time.
 
Q. Can I have the order delivered?
A. Yes. You must give a 24hr notification that order needs to be delivered. A representative will contact you with further information and confirmation.

Q. What if I live out of state?
A. No problem. We will ship to you. Contact us for shipping rates
